Configuring Software - compression utilities

Chances are you already emerge the xarchiver plugin for thunar when you emerged xfce, but you may not have rar support. You may want to ensure you have support for rar, zip, and other compression formats used by Windows, Mac, and other inferior operating systems. 

$ sudo emerge -av app-arch/rar
